The Misconceptions about the Rat Race

It’s Not A Rat Race

The clothes on our backs…

Many of us are sent out our parent’s homes into adulthood without much more than the clothes on our backs. We are instructed to make money, pay bills, & simply survive. So many of us do the same exact thing as millions of people in the generations that came before us: get jobs, pay bills, & die. I’m not saying that to sound depressing, there a lot of great & meaningful stuff that takes place in between! The problem begins when we realize we have to schedule the most important things in life – like our families, passions, service to our communities, & even our health & happiness – around our work schedules instead of the other way around.

I’m writing this for the same reason you’re reading it. The system sucks & we want to get out. Yes, we do need money to survive & if we want to do anything more than just “survive” we’re going to need a lot of it. But we deserve a life of wealth without having to spend our entire lives chasing after it.

I have dedicated many years ago that I would do what it take to change this in my life and it’s what I have dubbed the “Money Hunter Quest.” I have been searching for the secret to wealth & financial freedom. Unfortunately, there’s no get rich quick plan- trust me, I’ve tried them all! What I’ve discovered after all my years of studying, trial & error, and finally some successes, is that formulating a steady, long-lasting stream of passive-income is the only way to create the life of your dreams. Having sources of passive-income is what made it possible for me to not only provide a comfortable, financially stable life for my family, but to enjoy that life with them! I began the money Hunter blog to share with you exactly how I made that possible.

It’s not a rat race…

We all at some point have heard of regular employment be referred to as the “rat race.”But it isn’t because races have winners. And anyone who has worked at a job that barely makes them any money, but plenty of misery – until old age (or for some, unfortunately, death) has lost. Understand that jobs only allow us to make money, not build wealth. Ever notice how most people working a 9-5 always seem to be just shy of breaking even? Even those who have a second job to make ends meet never seem to pull ahead, do they?

Now why is that? It’s because this system, outdated & biased, is designed to keep us dependent on our jobs for our entire lives. Many companies that just want to pay us just enough to get by (because the dead can’t work) while having us work as many hours as possible which keeps us too tired to realize what’s really happening. And even if we do, we’re too exhausted to do anything about it! The end result: we never win this so-called “race”.

what to expect…

Although there are many ways to achieve financial security, and I look forward to exploring many with you, Money Hunter will start by focusing on the source of wealth for 90% of the world’s millionaires: real estate investing.

Real estate investing is surprisingly one of the quickest & most accessible ways every day people like you & me to build substantial & lasting wealth. And I can say this confidently because it’s working for me. A few short years after buying my first property l now have nearly a million in investment properties.

A life of wealth & financial freedom is for everyone it is obtainable through realistic & socially conscious means, & it is waiting for you.
